Shipping and Returns

Domestic Postage

We offer standard shipping and Express shipping delivered anywhere in Australia. This rate includes tracking.
Click the edit button beside shipping in the checkout to change from standard to express shipping.
If the actual shipping charge when we drop your order off to the post office is significantly lower, we will happily refund you the difference.

We'll endeavour to have your parcel in the post within 24 hours of ordering. Sometimes this is not possible,so please allow up to 48 hours for dispatch.

We will do our best to send your order as quick as possible. We know you can't wait to blast it!

All online orders will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for this to show in Australia Post's parcel tracking. 

Click & Collect - Newcastle only

At checkout, click the edit botton beside Shipping options, click "Customer Pickup" you can collect your order up from Miskonduct Klothing, 51 Maitland Road, Mayfield the following business day. (Open Tuesday - Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 10am-3pm)

 
International Postage

Orders being sent outside of Australia will be charged according to your country. If the shipping charge to your country exceeds this amount we will absorb this.
If the actual shipping charge when we drop your order off to the post office is significantly lower, we will happily refund you the difference.


Returns, Refunds, Exchanges

We offer a no-questions-asked refund guarantee on any items that meet the conditions of our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy Conditions

To be eligible your item must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have all tags attached and be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase.  

We ask that you use a tracked service to return your item to ensure the safe return of your item. We use Australia Post's Parcel Post Satchels and sturdy mailing cartons. Please note, if you choose not to return your item using a tracked service we will not be able to refund you should the item fail to reach us. 

The item must be returned within a 2 week period. Outside this time we cannot offer you a refund, exchange or credit note.
